Shipping policy

Please note - Working days are Monday to Friday, the delivery timescales above do not include Friday PM, Saturday, Sunday & any public holidays.

Shipping Policy: Expected number of days between despatch and delivery ranges from 1 to 5 business days dependant on your chosen shipping method selected at checkout.

Due to their size/weight, larger items such as Punchbags, Underlay, Corner Post Protectors are excluded from free delivery.

Orders placed before 12:00pm Monday to Thursday will be processed the same day (subject to cleared payment). 

Orders placed before 11:00am on a Friday will be processed the same day (subject to cleared payment). 

Orders placed on a Friday after 11:00am or on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched the next working day.

Orders comprising larger items such as Punchbags, Underlay & Corner Post Protectors can only be despatched Monday to Thursday.

 

Large / Heavy Items are excluded from free delivery, charges are shown where applicable.

Delivery methods (depending on size of the order) are via either:

DPD

Royal Mail

DX

or Pallet Network.

If you are unavailable when our delivery partner tries to deliver your order, they will usually try to deliver again the next working day or they will drop a card in to offer you a collection from a local collection point.

If you should refuse delivery of goods, or are not available to accept the delivery on both delivery attempts, you will be required to cover any extra costs incurred.
